Directions:

Brookridge is located in Medical Plaza, suite 3000 across from Good Shepherd Medical Center.

From Henderson: Take Highway 259 North 21.3 miles . Continue on TX-31 for 6.6 miles.Turn right at W Marshall Ave/US-80. Medical Plaza will be on the left in 1.2 miles.

From Tyler: Take Interstate 20 East towards Longview. Take exit 589B on the left merge onto TX-31. In 6.5 miles turn right onto Ave/US-80. Medical Plaza will be on the left in 1.2 miles.

From Carthage: Head South on US-59 towards Longview for approximately 21 miles. Turn left onto Interstate 20 West. Continue on I-20 for 20.5 miles. Take exit 596 for US-259/Eastman Rd/TX-149. In 3.7 miles turn left onto E Marshall Ave/US-80. Medical Plaza will be on the right in 1.3 miles.
